Domino's Pizza - South Bend

If I could put a negative 5-star rating, I would. I have never been spoken with me or treated as disrespectful as I was tonight on 7 August 2022. I have ordered the same order for years, even last night. I ordered again tonight and called to be moderately baked with extra butter (as last night) when I called and talked to amber the manager who gave me no problems and was as usual nice. this evening a man answered. I have no idea what his name was because he didn't exist when he answered or when I asked him to multiple times. he informed me that there is a fee for butter, just like there is a fee for extra sauce. No, there isn't. this nameless person interrupts me and fights with me. When I tried to speak, he spoke about me, raised his voice and told me to put the extra butter in the commentary box, as I could not add it now. the commentary box that does not exist, although he tells me that he comments all the time. He said that the load is under new management, so the alleged fees for extra sauce and butter, which 't existed last night. After he had completely ignored my request to his name, I told him I wanted to cancel my order that he seemed to be doing very eager and ecstatic. it was bizarre. I asked for the name of his manager several times before he said amber. because my domino app said amber made my pizza, I said I wanted to talk to her. they said they wanted to cancel their order. I told him that since she was there, I wanted to talk to her because he was rude and disdainable. he repeated that I just said that I wanted to cancel my order. When I wanted to talk to her, I was a few minutes in the waiting period and then informed that if I wanted to talk to her, it would be a very long waiting period when she was busy making pizza. Really? a manager who is too busy to deal with an rude worker and an excited customer who has been ordering there for years? He fought with me and told me that I was the one who was rude when I asked about his name. I was never treated as bad as a customer anywhere and I had a terrible service in my life. I will never order from domino again.

I don't know how they did it on earth. I'm pretty sure someone practises black magic. but I ordered a pizza on the app at 17:52 clock and it was delivered to my house at 6:04! how, dominos, how?!

I wish I could do 0 person who had my order massified great time told me 3 times my order was 20.60 I am there and it is 40.54 cent for this dried enameled pizza so small it gerste fed one of my pizzas I ordered cheese bread sticks got some garlic knots hard over boiled I would have reached home made pizzas for this money and it was

Did receive wrong toppings on my bread bowl. but was remade and very satisfied! thank you and it is great!!!

Ordered in response to an email offer. I was able to reorder a previous order remembered in my account. Quick simple. Finished on time and delivered easily at carside pick-up.
