Happy Wok - South Beloit

This place has recently become our local favorite. a few years ago we were not too impressed, but tried it back a few months and we were impressed.!

I had happy wok my sister who was sick, wonton soup and an egg roll. what a great surprise for her. we love to eat her and her menu is.

If I could give 0 stars, I would have. that was the Chinese food I ever had. the hunch was raw, pink and slim. the tear was hard and over.

Ordered on 4/13/22 with a couple of coworkers teriyaki chicken sticks were literally burned black coworkers orange chicken was dry very overcooked. Took 65 minutes to deliver 2.5 miles! They lost a lot of business from the company I work at!

Terrible service. Was told to pull up front and they would bring it out in about 10 minutes. Normally no problem, but after about 20 I went in to check on the food. I found it sitting on the counter. When I asked how long it was sitting there the manager said I don't know I checked the tag and it had been waiting 15 minutes. I asked why it hadn't been brought out to me. He responded that he didn't tell me that. I said no your drive through girl told me that. His only response from then on was Ok, bye He refused to give me the number for complaint.Needless to say we will be going to China Palace from now on.
