Da Pio - SOTTO IL MONTE GIOVANNI XXIII

VERY BAD. We book for Saturday evening, specifying that it is a birthday party, specifying that there will be 8 of us, including a boy in an electric wheelchair. We show up on Saturday evening at half past seven, as booked. We open the door, three of us enter, then it's the wheelchair's turn. We realize that there is a step, small, not even ten centimeters, but not so small as to allow the electric wheelchair to enter, not even if two of the group try to push and lift it. The waiters pass back and forth, a waitress stares at us, probably because we keep the door open, trying to get in... at the counter the bartender looks at us but doesn't say a word. NO ONE SAID GREETING TO US, NOR ASKED IF WE NEEDED HELP, or possibly provided a small ramp that would have helped the disabled person to enter and spend a peaceful evening. After ten minutes and three failed attempts to get into the wheelchair, annoyed, treated as if we were transparent, we leave. Luckily, less than 50 meters away there is another excellent pizzeria. Don Lisander, who I highly recommend.

I've always had a good time. The food is good, the fixed menu is really very convenient. I advise.

After a hike up Monte Canto, we stopped at this restaurant. Large portions, excellent cuisine from Bergamo. Very kind and efficient staff. Lots of choice of meat. Advised.

Today goes down the mountain with my dear Roman grandmother lunch at the pio restaurant who say lunch in the rule in the right but really good. the Lord Jesus bless the owners and those who work at the restaurant pio really wonderful and very good and kindness and sweetness first thanks to the mychele that arrives today noon I love you so much deserve so that your life is always positive and in peace

Today 20/8/22 we were looking for a place to have lunch and we chose among the various present on the spot this restaurant /pizzeria , clean place, very friendly guest who was more often interested if everything was ok, take much in consideration the good of the customer, convenient price, 20 euros per person , first, according water included for quality in food.
