Scanburger - Sotkamo

The service at the restaurant was subpar. I went to the counter to order, but the seller was preoccupied with the bank next door. When a man came in to buy tobacco, the seller immediately began serving him. I felt frustrated waiting for my turn and feared being pushed aside by other customers. After serving the tobacco buyer, the seller moved to another bank to serve a new customer, leaving me without service. It seemed like I needed to be more assertive to get attention. The staff member at the bank was a middle-aged man with a ponytail.

This restaurant is the top choice for delicious food and great service.

It's just an okay place. I filled up gas and had some hamburgers all in one stop.
