Jack In The Box - Sonoma

Terrible breakfast, forgot the egg in my sandwich. The hashbrown was dripping with oil. Took two bites , threw away. Waste of money.

I received my fries like it was heated through a microwave. The fries package it was in didn't show any grease or oil stains, to me that tells me I did not get send a fresh batch of fries.

So I've ordered the Dip and Crunch special twice. It's a good burger, but I haven't been given any dip either time despite requesting it. I tried calling the store but no response three times in a row. This is about the store in Sonoma, CA 95476.

Usually you guys get 5 stars for great food great service.... But the last few times i've ordered the food was made very sloppy and with no care. I kinda pushed it aside but I can no longer do that. I just ordered Tacos A Stacked Grilled CheeseBurger The Tacos were amazing as always BUT The burger came very cold not grilled, no lettuce, no mayo,, the cheese justlooked like it was thrown in there... The burger patty ALONE was the only thing I ate and it was good. I'm very saddened bythis.... I've also called a few times to let you guys know and get hung up on or no answer. Come on you guys I know you can dobetter!

Sourdough sandwich was not made to my expectation. Usually the Sourdough should be nice and crispy like a toast but I found it to be quite soggy. Staff may just need better training on how to prepare that sandwich but to me the Sourdough sandwiches are part of what make Jack in the Box great
