Bidrage med feedbackI went to this restaurant with my family for dinner. We ordered our meals but were served cold food. When we requested for it to be reheated, they brought it back excessively hot, making it hard to eat right away. The staff was also unpleasant. The prices they charged were for top-notch service, but the quality of the food and service was subpar. I will not be returning and do not recommend it to anyone.
My family (parents, children, and a woman) and I went to Haldiram's Kumashpur tonight. The air conditioning was not working, and when we asked, the manager gave a lame excuse that the diesel generators were not in the right position to power the device. We were there for about 20 minutes, and the power went out twice during that time. There was a lack of communication, and it seemed like there was no coordination at all. I ordered the Raj Kachori, which tasted a bit off. They did make dosa without spice for my children, which was nice. The issue was not with the staff but with the faulty air conditioning and lighting. I'm not sure who Haldiram has given the franchise to for this location, but the management should take note and make changes as soon as possible. I noticed other customers complaining, and at least two couples left after their orders were delayed. We also had to reorder, and we were disappointed to see the poor condition of the billing system and the overall lack of efficiency. Very disappointed with the experience.
The Haldirams in Murthal did not have cooperative staff, specifically Vijender, and the air conditioning was not working. Additionally, the air from the ventilator was not flowing in the right direction and no action was taken even after complaining about it. The food was tasty, but the chapati in the second order was not as good as the previous one. Overall, the bad experience left me feeling unhappy. Kamal Jain - 9811460260.
Asked the cashier for gulab jamun he said go to gulab jamun counter bring slip pay cash again go there collect gulab jamun i said why can’t you collect cash here directly he bluntly refused 2 people were standing ideal on the cash counter...but they both were very rude not fit for the hospitality industry they said unless you bring the slip our computer will not allow to punch the bill which later i found it was not correct. I m a regular customer of haldiram but will never go again will not recommend anybody
Although this tourist complex is known as the Haldiram’s Complex, it houses some other outlets as well, including a Burger King, a Barista, and a crafts shop. But Haldiram’s occupies the bulk of the space here: it occupies a large indoor food court with plenty...of seating. There are lots of counters here, specializing in different cuisines and/or dishes: chhole-bhature, chaat, Chinese, Continental, and so on. All the food is vegetarian, and you aren’t allowed to bring in any non-vegetarian food. While my daughter and son ate burgers at the Burger King next door, I wanted a chhole-bhature from Haldiram’s, so we bought the chhole-bhature (for Rs 147) from here, collected it and took it to Burger King. My portion of chhole-bhature consisted of a fairly large bowl of spicy chhole, topped with some pickled green chillies (which I did not eat), a couple of rings of raw onion, and two large bhaturas. The bhaturas were crisp and good, and had a light rub of spice on the inside, so that they tasted good even by themselves. The chhole were too heavy on grease for my liking, and within a couple of hours of eating them, I developed a case of indigestion, though no worse. Perhaps I am just not used to this, given that I eat chhole-bhature very rarely, and anyway eat relatively little spice and grease. At any rate, Haldiram’s is a good bet if you’re part of a group in which different people want different things to eat—as long as it’s all vegetarian.
