Bidrage med feedbackA terrible experience here. The worker at the counter ignored me after asking for a pastry in English. Helped several Italians and then I finally said pay with another lady. This lady was able to grab a pastry and help me, but a very frustrating long experience for an overpriced subpar pastry. I don't expect much of an airport food facility and realize that I don't speak Italian, but that was the worst experience in my entire two weeks in Italy.
Non-professional, insignificant and offensive staff during the order. I didn't eat, I got up and left.
What a shame. .. poor service and prices off the head water to euro 2,40 and a trancio of Margherita from 378 grams 9,45 euros!!! A tie... no comment, never again. Moreover the staff very rude and that you do your own business. .
Coffee, hood and good brioches as well as pizzas and focaccias to cut... Too bad for slow service and waiters/and rude already from 6 in the morning!!! !
A large room, with a good number of seats and tables available, well stocked with sweet products and even more salty snacks, everything is of good quality; Capuchins are excellent. I would say Briciole is the best Bar in Malpensa 2; with an extra pinch of organization and coordination of service, for me, it would also deserve the 5 stars. Prices are not high, last Friday 2 cappuccini, 2 croissant stuffed, bottle of water, consumed comfortably sitting at a table and then a package of candies to take away 11,20 euros.
