Starbucks - Somerville

My daughter sung to order a bagel and coffee, they were out of bagels, but it took about 20 minutes to come with 2 coffees. okay, so maybe it was busy, understandable, but then I call to ask if she was still there (was waiting in the car with a baby) I was told that there was no small girl in the load through this description. then I asked myself to speak to a manager and was told that I had already spoken to a manager. it was only lack of curiosity that turned me off and then, to add that there was no bagels nor she waited for 20 minutes to 2 coffees. P.s manager did not seem to give that they know what I asked if a child was still in the load and that he hardly looked. by the way, she was actually in charge. I know it's not a day-care place, but humanity is still a thing, just a few I think.

Very disappointed by the quality of the drink and breakfast sandwich I ordered. I never come to this place again.

Amazing personalangie is the best to make my favorite drink. she is amazing and sweet!

Been going here since inception. Best starbucks in Mass my opinion, other places either coffee taste water down or burnt, never gotten a bad cup of joe from this place. Friendly workers as well.

The worst. employees are aggressive and tell at people if their mask is not over their nose. employees guard tables and chairs to make sure no one sits down due to covid mandate. only restaurant in all of Boston area that continues to not have indoor seating
