Project Pub was not our first choice driving home through the crazy Thanksgiving traffic from MA to PA, but by the end of our experience walking back to our car for the last hour of our trip we joked we should move there just for Shrub Pub. Current selection good , as well as when they used to host brewery?s (bring that back) Service is good no complaints Only reason I take stars away is the upstairs bar is often closed due to ?staffing issues.? Awesome brunch spot! I had the flight of mimosas, which were delicious, with the decadent apple pie French toast. Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. Nothing tasted as if it was premade or from a can. The service is fast and the place is charming.

Project P.U.B. has an incredibly friendly atmosphere with a wide selection of beers on tap. I also recently attended a cocktail class there that was both entertaining and delicious!

Loved the food at Project PUB! I just wish the hours were more accessible. They offered gluten free rolls for the sandwiches and had a wide variety of menu items available.
