Great customer care services and had a good time here, the waiting time seemed like a few minutes .

Incorrect order turned into opportunity to wow. I placed an order via the app, but the chips was incorrect (order their delicious cheesy chips with jalapeno bits you must try it #amazing). Anyway, when I got my order from the very friendly delivery driver I was sad to not have my delicious chips. Phoning the restaurant, the lady immediately apologised and dispatched my correct order. Wow! Keep it up Somerset West Steers!! You WILL see me again next week for WW!

Normally receive great service and food from this store. Yesterday we bought two king steer burgers and you could taste the buns are not fresh. This one, small bad experience wont prevent me from going there again
