The food was superb! It has to be one of the best and most memorable meals in the Cape. No fuss just great tasting food! The Rose wine was a perfect accompaniment on a hot Sunday. The service was fantastic and Vuyani was attentive and lovely. The restaurant has a lovely view of the lake and mountains and the humidifying sprays definitely cool the place down. We will be back and will be recommending the place to both friends and visitors.

Superb restaurant on the gorgeous Morgenster Estate. Delicious meal and great service. On a beautiful Summers Day you can sit tasting the array of Morgenster wines, Olive Oils and Vinegar to go with your meal. Buy direct from the farm after your meal while you soak up the view of the vines and the Helderberg and Hottentot Mountains. A must visit if you are living in the area or passing through. X
