Firehouse Subs Somerset

I made an online order. I got a large sandwich and a side salad with ranch they didn’t give me a fork, a napkin or any ranch. And the girl working there was very rude. The sandwich was good though.

My favorite sub shop everywhere I go, and Somerset didn’t disappoint. Very friendly staff, sub made perfectly and they had a pickle bucket that we always buy!! Will definitely go back!

I absolutely LOVE firehouse subs. Been going for years and is my #1 place when going out to eat. Would eat it everyday if i could!

Just went in to get lunch, simple small sandwich for one person I was told it would be a long wait because an order of 20 sandwiches just came in. I asked if they could make a small sandwich in the midst of all that and their response I don 't know . Customer service at its finest will never go back.
