Bidrage med feedbackOn July 26, 2018, the weather was very hot (34°C), so my business associate and I chose this Restaurant as they are located in a clearing in the middle of the forest and have a big terrace. We expected the place to be full considering the weather, so we came early, at 6:30pm. Not at all the crowd we expected, the biergarten was pretty sparsely attended. No warm welcome from the waiting staff, you fend for yourself and just sit down. The waiter was not very interested in walking us through the menu. To begin with, despite it being only Wednesday, they were out of French fries and Schorle. Although there were only 4-5 tables to attend with 3 staff, service was quite slow and quite rude. The food was ok, potatoe croquettes were pre-processed frozen food. When it was time to leave, we weren't able to pay with credit or debit card and even the owner made rude comments about us having Swiss cards and not German cards. All in all a terrible experience, they have no sense of customer service. I wouldn't recommend this establishment.
We have celebrated in the tasty of our high time and have come to the decision for 50 euro more per person we would have saved ourselves where other much annoyed. the room was nicely decorated and the food was okay. the evening was really good. That's what it was. I had to wait 30 min for my drink; until I got some of the counter. Deal was children up to 5 years pay nothing. since we had 10 children between a month and 5 years; I had to. at the end, he has opened the bill and wanted to have the full price; when I asked him whether it was serious for a cleaning to take the full price; after a short break, he only asked half. when I said we had agreed something else, he asked only with one grin if I had this written. very has upset us on the unprofessional art and wise. included in the price was also the high-time cake. we have made an appointment with the conditor and ordered our 4 sticky torte. that was too expensive and he changed it without telling us in a three sticky. I assume that you offer such packages; should be explained with the chef what is in price. just annoying. was also agreed that we could bring our vodka. I should be accused afterward; we would have had a secret under the table. the owner has yelled at me on my high-time day and yelled out loudly, and that on my day. even though we have confirmed; drinks that are not included in the drinks flat we pay extra for the guests; we have experienced that the owner has also taken out with the guests. just embarrassing. because my cousin has very much liked the flower decoration and which was also paid by us dearly. Last jar we were to eat in the sleek sheenke. we waited for almost 1.5 hours to eat. quality at best average
Because I have been part of a Silesian family for some time, I know exactly what sculptural cuisine means!What is offered in this load is a canvas and must be called nich schlesian cuisine!- soaky pals - bark roasts like a shoe sole blackouladen very dry- suppe (so I mean lukewarm water) was not allowed at all. the table was unnecessarily reserved for 14:00 clock.That was for the price of absolute scrap!Sorry for the bad review, but such a bad quality must be made public. We were there for the last time!
The restaurant is located in a wonderful forest. our walkwas a highlight!the food reminded me of raster houses of carcars of the seventies we have always avoided! the staff was reworked, but ready. we had been looking forward to reading out the dishes, maybe the choice of dishes was wrong!We will visit it again because of the beautiful environment.
