Currently here and we have a very difficult time. Overall, the staff is not knowledgeable or accommodating. I even argued with an employee about soy sauce with gluten. Language is also a problem. I hope our trip will improve. There are basic options on the buffet. A place made us gf pancakes for breakfast. Zen Restaurant had selected a total of about 4 items on the menu gf.

We found the resort staff very helpful. Every time we checked a sit down service, they ask if someone in your party has an allergy. Some employees did not understand the allergy, so they immediately broke someone who was sure we understood what was safe. They have a small selection of Gf-Danish/Broten at the buffet breakfast and dinner. Be careful and ask if you are not sure! We didn't get sick and enjoyed all our meals.

It was almost a bother for some of the staff to help with gluten free, I tried to explain that taking food from the buffet would be dangerous for me. I’m not sure if the restaurants at this resort are safe. :

They went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten free. The chef even made me my own chocolate desert and is making me buns for a cheeseburger because I was craving one. So nice!! A little hard to communicate but managers know what they're talking about.
