Mcdonald's - Soldotna

I don't know what is going on with their fries anymore because they are never cooked through anymore I know that they have a timer to cook the fries so why aren't they getting cooked anymore? They come in a big clump and they're not crispy or anything can anybody tell me what's going on?

Not bad for McDonald’s. Better than back home. Food was actually hot. The workers extremely friendly.

I am convinced that you intentionally make mistakes with orders. It seems deliberate at this point. I think you mess up orders to boost your own confidence. Also, your orange juice tastes like watered down Tang.

I didn't have the opportunity to eat at this restaurant. Despite being understaffed, the assistant manager at the Kenai McDonald's made us wait for 4 and a half minutes while she was engaged in what appeared to be affectionate behavior with someone. None of the employees were wearing gloves or hair nets, which seemed unprofessional. Overall, the customer service and hygiene at this location were lacking.
