Not good. it does not fit menu and the vegan option was to remove all taste from the dish without replacing it. the staff was kind to eat here.

The restaurant is a restaurant in an airport hotel and the restaurant also has a few other eat in stavanger. we were open on a weekday there and shortly after the restaurant around 17 o'clock so it was quite empty. the interieur is very modern and cozy and come with many lights. the menu is a bit creepy in my opinion, but I decided to go for a pampered cod. it was fun to see that they can choose between three plant option, and then choose their protein source. the fish was good, but not what I usually associated with black fishing. the sweet was carrot served with inlaid spice and blue cheese and they were also good. I would say that there was something above the price my meal was 275 crumble (35 uss) and the part was not that big. everything in all not to eat bad place when they stay in the hotel.
