Skapto Shishman - Sofia

Delicious burgers! We found this listed on the Balkan Bites food tour and wanted to try it out. We had the Skapto Burger with fries and it was great! The fries are so good and don’t taste like frozen fast food fries they taste fresh. The Skapto Burger was amazing and the sriracha adds the perfect amount of flavor. It was a little pricy for Sofia (around 14 .89 BGN for the burger and 2.89 BGN for a side of fries) but it’s worth trying!

One of the best burgers we have had outside of the U.S.! Once in awhile we get cravings while traveling and this hit the spot The taste of the burger was really delicious and reminding us of in-n-out burger a bit, but an elevated version. The bun was tasty! Appreciate they have 3 sizes of burgers. Not overly salty and well balanced. Enjoyed the fried and ranch tip. Would definitely recommend and would eat again

In this afternoon me and my friend wanted to have a lunch in Sofia and walking we found this pub really nice and specialized in hamburger! It’s definitely one The best in Sofia, I’d read so many good reviews about. Price is good and room staff is nice and fast. The hamburger was really good! If you’d like to eat a good hamburger in Sofia I suggest this pub!

The burgers were delicious. The meat tastes like real meat. Everything tastes homemade, but better. Great service and atmosphere. I recommend.

Disappointed! Burger was as good as average fast food chain, a lot of sauces a small piece of thin beef burger in the middle (my order was not for smash) and half of it was a giant piece of lettuce.
