Mr. Pizza Paradise Centre - Sofia

Very bad service last years.The food is ok, but overall the prices doesn't cover the product( food , service, ambient).The furniture outside in ten terrace needs change. I am coming here time to time and and nothing changes for good.

The best food experience i had in Sofia. It was the first time when the waitress was so polite, with smile, and helpful. The food was delicious!!! The crust stuffed pizza with philadelfia was just on fire!! The zucchini fries were delicious too. The chicken was so soft and with a nice flavor. It was absolutely 5/5 experience. The prices are really good!! I would definitely come back to this restaurant. Also you have so many different options for food not only pizza. From pizza to salad to pasta to chicken to texas dishes to everything that you want. Go go go

I would be happy to write a lovely review for the excellent customer service I received from the waiter Lazar and supervisor Vesela at Mr. Pizza Sofia Paradise! From the moment I walked into the restaurant, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The waiter greeted me with a smile and led me to a cozy table where I could comfortably enjoy my meal. Throughout my dining experience, the waiter was attentive and courteous, always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. He was knowledgeable about the menu and was happy to answer any questions I had. When I asked to speak to the supervisor to provide feedback on the outstanding service I was receiving, he quickly brought him over to my table. The supervisor was equally friendly and personable, taking the time to thank me for my feedback and making sure that everything was to my satisfaction. The food was delicious and arrived in a timely manner, and I was impressed by how well the waiter and supervisor worked together to ensure that my dining experience was seamless. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional customer service I received at Mr. Pizza Sofia Paradise. The team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued as a customer, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal and outstanding service.
