Cafe Zorva - Soervagur

We visited this restaurant for a friendly dinner. We have appreciated the salmon with rice and vegetables. At the end we decided to share a pizza, just to try. Pizza was delicious very good. We advice this restaurant if you are sandavagur nearby

During our trip to Faroe Islands we visited this place twice as we didn't get disappointed at all. The food was really tasty and well cooked and the owner very friendly and kind. Close to the airport, totally recommend the fish chips and the salmon.

The fish and chips and the salmon entrees were outstanding! The owner was very friendly to speak with and the service was excellent! We plan to go back to try their pizzas.

Our meal here was a disappointment. Firstly the interior has a cold dismal feel with tables haphazardly positioned and sadly the brusque attitude of the proprietor did little to change our impression of the place and ambience. Our cheesy garlic bread, pizzas and wraps were perfectly adequate, but nothing special. We had a fabulous time touring the Faroes, but our last meal on the islands is not one we will choose to remember.

Cafe Zorva is one of the few places in Sorvagur for a cooked meal but fortunately they don’t take advantage of their unique situation. The wait can be a bit long but considering that they are feeding the whole village and hordes of tourists, it really isn’t so bad. And they happily serve you a drink while you are waiting. Their salmon was really tasty with rice and a small side salad and also good value for money. The pizzas that they came out of their oven also looked utterly delicious.
