Bidrage med feedbackAbsolutely blown away from this place. The food was exceptional; stunningly presented with innovative flavor combinations with local ingredients. The service was impeccable and staff friendly and professional to do well to create a warm atmosphere. My wife went with the 6 course vegetarian menu while I tried the 4 course meat menu. Both were exceptional, although I may have regretted the lack of Venison (picture and calf dishes I had gone for the vegetarian option. There were some surprise courses and we both left us a lot full and happy. They were also kind to bring me something when my wife had an extra dish (calamansi Sorbet! . It was not a short or cost-effective experience, but the investment was worth entirely. While the restaurant has many local recognition, I cannot fathom their lack of Michelin star(s). Treat yourself!
My family and I came here for a recomondation of our friends. All started with some amazing snacks. We chose a mix of both menus. It wasn't a problem. The dishes were delicious and beautifully arranged. The winemaking was also at the top. Nice hospitality from service all night. Definitely worth it.
We were a family of 13 and had our Christmas dinner and New Year's dinner there. Te restautant is beautiful and found in Hotel Das Central. We were lucky to have almost the restaurant for us. Clean, beautiful linen and glassware. Our service was excellent on both days. Food is excellent and wines of top quality, but ready to pay top dollar. However, would definitely visit again.
We went there for dinner. Ordered 2 regular menus and 2 vegetarian. The food was okay. Deserts were good. The menu was very different from that on the link
The restaurant which is in the Central hotel was well signposted from the main road and the parking area just started this very pleasant experience. The attention to detail of this beautiful hotel was obvious just walking up to the door, Elegant and unusual wooden carvings of animals just enough not overdone, the hotel reception beautifully designed. We were guided to the smaller lunch area off the lounge, the decor was very Tyrolean with carved wooden chairs and very nice embroidered tablecloths.which was in contrast to the hotel lounge which had very colourful couches and rugs. The service was attentive and there were ample waiters, waitresses for the small area. The menu was small but very varied with a nice mixture. The chicken consommé was served from a teapot poured on top of the dumplings, a healthy portion and beautifully presented dish with a taste to match. Followed by the lemon pasta with shrimp.which was equally excellent. Did not indulge in dessert as we felt we had eaten enough but the coffee was again elegantly presented. The wine list was vast so we asked for the house white wine option which was a very good and reasonably priced Austrian white Chardonnay available by the glass carafe or bottle. The waiter was very helpful with the choice. We may still be there ploughing through it otherwise. I have fractured my fibula and can't ski so I may come back every day for lunch it was such a lovely experience. Value for money was very good If you appreciate design and presentation this is the place for you
