Chicken Express - Snyder

Waited for 10 minutes just to get over cooked gizzards

Have me the wrong side. I ordered that 25 tender box and got Mac n cheese as the side for my kiddos. I also prefer a side of mash potatoes and gravy with rolls. I never got the Mac n cheese only an extra thing of potatoes.

Took 45 minutes in line and was short 5 of my 20 tenders! Won’t answer the phones either?

We went through the drive-thru and ordered the 30 strip family pack. We were given 2 sauces and told if we wanted more, we would have to pay for them. Spoke with the manager, and we're told the same thing. We won't be back.
