Is everything okay? but definitiw not great for me. ribs and brisket were delicate, but it lacked taste. expected more smokiness and fleshy taste. collard greens were ok. also price was a bit, but the 2 meat plus 2 side deal seems reasonable.

Love how they smoke. both smoked. I should also mention the wood they have stacked next to their restaurant. that is more real bbq. not something that is brought from somewhere else. I had the ribbed flour with BBQ-beans and crispy greens. it was amazing. I hope they enjoy it as much as I do.

Amazing bbq the braut was from this world delicious. the pulled swarm and huh was moist and tasteful. we have a backyard party and received several compliments. they were easy to work. can not recommend very enough!

Fragrant brisket and pulled boar for the pnw but super dry pork. big thing to consider is many of their sides (college, drilling, etc). are made with a pre-made mix as their basic (confirmed by the cash I had when they ask about scratch made pages). the two sides I had were scratched (eisbrot and kartoffelsalat) were solid. to make it even worse, their Bbq sauce uses sweet baby rays as basic for it. quite easy to identify, as the sauce tasted, as if it had a high fructose makeup in it and confirmed when I went from the kitchen on the way to the bathroom. I'm fine that the meat isn't as good as the flee in texas and others share the south. the use of prefabricated sauce as basic and not all sides produced by scratches, however, decreases from experience. far better place in the opposite for a similar price.

Its just a small corner little building that could. It starts with the expertise of the owner who always greets me with a smile and from the first time I met the owner, he offered me a visual tour of his unique multi layer smoker. The food is always top notch. Some of the best smoked meats I have found.The brisket is always moist and melts in your hands and mouth . The tri tip has the reddish color, tender and the hot links, my favorites are perfect. The service is second to none and I dont know how many times the owner would throw extra meats in. I always get more than I pay for, in consideration of the food, service and the bbq flavor I seek from J &L...This is a must try when your in the area. 5 out of 5 stars.
