Bidrage med feedbackAt first we thought they were short staffed as we only saw two employees running both sides of the drive-thru, but there ended up being five employees in all with each customer having to pull to the side and wait for their meal. the store was scrambling to open (hours after they should be), and was not operated well. i waited about 20 minutes for my drive thru order, and had multiple issues with said order from the start. this store needs dire support from wendys corporate to assist employees in their tasks.
Came here at 7:15 waiting in the drive thru then came to the window they said nothing was readythen told me they mic was brokenand to pull back aroundthen said they had no nothing but chickenwhen I asked if I could order she said your wait time is to high so can I pull back aroundmy wait time is high because i’ve been waiting on a response for that long.i’m fine being late for work but yall might as well be closed if nothing is ready
Attentiveness needs to be worked on. Went here January 24th around 6:50am. There were employees in there but they decided to say nothing while I stayed in the drive thru lane. One employee was at the register and the other one was on the phone in the dining area of the restaurant. Decided to leave cuz they weren’t going to answer.
Ghetto! Staff smoking grass outside then going back in through the back door.. I wouldn’t dare trust them to touch my food everybody looked
Three people inside only one person working, she is taking the orders and making them while the other two sit in the back occasionally looking at the front with a bunch of guest waiting.
