Good customer service. Dine in or takeout. Preferred that delivery services go inside for pickup however I have gone through the drive through to pickup before if it is early in the morning and dark. Plenty of parking.

Most of the time when I frequent this location I utilize the drive-thru. Every single time I go here there is something wrong with my order.

The Patio is a great addition to Snellville! The vibe and atmosphere is AMAZING, the food is good, and the service was great. The drinks were okay but I am sure they will get the right people in place to make better drinks. I look forward to my next night out at The Patio!

We waited in line for ten minutes. Ordered two southern chicken biscuits. Got up to the window and he said there will be a ten minute wait on biscuit.

Their customer service is horrible. They messed up the order and then try to get an attitude with you when I politely correct them for 3rd time .The lady name “Beautiful” (was on name tag) have stank attitude do not need to be at the window servicing customers.She rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth and gettin smart as if I had mad a mistake on what I orderShe Kept telling me I order the club when he co worker kept telling her I had the Cajun biscuit combo NOT THE CLUBI get people have a bad day but do not take it out on the customersGo take a break and sit down PLEASE!
