Kfc - Smyrna

This kfc used to be great, I'm not sure what happened but now everytime I visit it's something. Last time I got 2 sides of mashed and was not given any gravy. This time I was given crispy chicken instead or original recipe. I stop here in the middle of a 2 hour drive to bring my grandmother lunch and it's really frustrating that even when not another person is there they still cant get my order right. The only reason they still get 2 stars for me is because until 4 to 6months ago every meal i picked up here was great. Their hours also do not match was is listed online. I'm just trying to take my grandma her favorite lunch man.

Ordered almost $40 in food online. I went through drive thru to pick up and was told I had to come in, they said it was because someone came through the drive thru and stole someone 's food. I could have confirmed the order but they insisted I had to come inside. Had to take my kids out the car just to walk 5 steps in and grab my food off the counter without any type of confirmation that it was actually mine. The fries were cold, the chicken was rock solid, not even crispy likeadvertised. The sweet tea they gave me was absolutely disgusting. There 's no way that 's sweet tea. The biscuits were rock solid too, which is sad. Only thing actually good was the coleslaw and mashed potatoes. Disappointed is anunderstatement

Awful, waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and they were out of the menu item I came for, and were out of other items I asked for secondarily. Based on parked cars I?m fairly certain there was only 2-3 people working.
