The place is nice, the food is tasteless. I simply do not understand how it is possible to sport Ukrainian cuisine like this.

A very cozy place to relax. We really liked the house in which we lived. Everything is clean, tidy, newly renovated. The house has a mini bar (not included in the price of the house itself , TV, air conditioner, kettle, hair dryer. The breakfasts are very tasty, everything is fresh and warm. Unfortunately, due to the lack of staff or their incompetence, you have to wait for a waiter for 20 minutes on the terrace by the pool. They ordered a gin macaroon cocktail, to which they heard I don 't know if you will want to make it because there are many people. You also have to wait 20 minutes for the bill. With such service, you don 't really want to leave a tip. On the next day off, they wanted to order a hookah, to which they heard we have one hookah seller and he has the day off, there are no hookahs. The hotel itself loses its funds, but probably in this complex it is ok. On the same day, we went to have lunch on the terrace by the pool, waited for the waiter, didn 't wait and decided to go to the restaurant itself. We sat in the gazebo for about 15 minutes, no one came and decided to call the restaurant and find out if they accept orders at all. After that, the waiter immediately came to us. The service was normal and the dishes were also brought quite quickly. The prices in the restaurant are quite loyal, the portions are large and everything is very tasty. I also want to note that there are very pleasant and polite girls at the reception and the cash desk. We thank you!

Unfortunately, they were unable to settle in. The administrator said that my reservation was canceled the day after the reservation (by the administration for unknown reasons). Moreover, the booking remained valid and confirmed. So be prepared for surprises. This is the first time I am writing a negative review, by the way, but there is an unpleasant residue left here.

In general, the complex is good and we recommend it, but there is a problem, this is a restaurant with breakfast, on the first day a girl got sick, woke up with a fever and a sore throat, and could not go to the restaurant for a buffet breakfast. We asked in a restaurant to take a plate of food for a hungry girl who was lying with a fever and could not go to a PAID breakfast, but they refused because “everyone will say that and take food to the room.” I didn't like the service.
