Chop's Bbq Catering - Smithville

Classic small town BBQ/diner. We stopped in for an early dinner, and tried the pulled pork monster sandwich and good sides. The sauces were OK sauce is a matter of personal taste, and these were good, but not my faves. The sides were generous and tasty. The staff person was prompt and very friendly. I'd definitely go back if I'm back that way! Also We happened to be there on BOGO night don't know if that was a one time sale since they were closing early for Halloween, or a regular thing, but that was a pleasant surprise.
