Bidrage med feedbackThe food and coffee/drinks are on par with what you'd expect from Tim Hortons but as of late I find the quality of service has dramatically dropped off from where it was even a year and a half or two ago. During that time the business hasn't shown any signs or indications that management or even corporate headquarters has even attempted to even TRY and make improvements to the notoriously awful quality and speed of customer service/interactions. There are regularly excessive wait times when ordering in store and the employee is often less that the outgoing, courteous, polite and welcoming attitude that has become standard place in the service industry. I've made a point to bring it to the Supervisor's attention but just having a full staff level is difficult these days let alone getting staff who are naturally polite while dealing with the public.Parking: Lots of free parking close to the restaurantWheelchair accessibility: This location is fully wheelchair accessible

Brenda the manager shouldn't be allowed to be a manger. She put up a wall of shame whenever employees do somthing wrong for all employees to see.Individual humiliation in a workplace setting can be interpreted as workplace harassment,The owner seems to be ok with this sickening behavior.
The seats are too hardPlease forward to HQ to have this resolved?The hard wood and shape of it. I'm hear those poor seniors go on about how uncomfortable they are.
