Arby's - Smithfield

The french dip sauce was not good to me but everything else was good and delivered hot.

Chicken nuggets were hard and uneatable. The Coke Zero tasted like pure carbonated water and was undrinkable. It burned my daughters mouth so the mixture is off. The cheese sticks were cold and tasted like stale oil. The curly fries were also cold and abnormally greasy. The sandwiches were great and the only redeeming part of our order. We usually have an experience from this location. Hope this was just a hiccup for them.

Bread was soggy, only received 1/2 the fries and requested not to receive the au jus, but they sent it anyway. Really disappointed in this particular order. Normally no problem with arbys

Curly Fries (Small) All were burnt and my Greek Gyro bread was broken in half so it made eating it difficult and it was cold. Usually I dont have any issues with my food from here but tonight, it was awful and a waste of money!

There was a long waiting time for all surrounding table service restaurants, so we decided to go here. I'm glad we made it! excellent service, warm food and clean restaurant. it seemed to be a new building, or recently renovated.
