Bidrage med feedbackWe ordered uber eats amd got 1 happy food from 4 orders! arrange them and told them they said they didn't get their fault and the rest of the order had to go there when my man arrived, the manager was...sooo rude and repulsive I was eclectic with the service of a man! also as my man had to be with the rest of or after everything came! get new staff, this is a sweat
Wow! What a disappointment. I waited 20 minutes for a single cheeseburger with extra pickles, but the grill slip clearly indicated the extras. Despite this, my burger had no pickles at all! This experience has made me realize why I prefer Hungry Jack's - they know how to get it right.
I paid for my order tonight and then waited for 30-45 minutes for my food to be prepared. When I finally received my meal, it was cold, the latte was warm, and it was missing. My drink was also not given to me with a tray to carry it. The staff did not apologize for the long wait, even though others who ordered after me were served before me. The girl who took my order seemed upset. I will not be returning to this restaurant franchise. The owner should be aware of the poor service provided by their employees and take action to improve customer service. If I could, I would rate them zero stars.
This morning, I had a terrible experience at McDonald's drive-thru. A young man took our order through the speaker and we inquired about the offers on the McD app. However, there were issues with the app and the young man couldn't help us. After finally sorting out the problem, we proceeded to the next window to pay and collect our order. The process became a nightmare when we received the wrong order, starting with the drinks. The employee at the window fixed the drinks but then realized part of our order was missing. She became defensive, hostile, and rude, refusing to correct the mistake. She even threatened to call the police. This behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never order from this McDonald's again. The whole incident was incredibly unpleasant and unnecessary.
I like to speak with a human when ordering instead of using the touch screens, because technology can be unreliable. I waited at the counter to be served and I had been there for 10 minutes: there were two young girls behind the counter (one...was named Bailey . I heard an older man say to them “get off your phones and serve” . To which they never served me continued to talk amongst themselves…so I walked off and used the touch screens. As predicted the touch screen has a hissy fit and didn’t print my receipt, I told one of the workers at the counter and showed her that it had come out of my bank account as proof of payment and she said just to wait for my order to be called out. I was patiently waiting for 25 minutes (mind you I was the only person waiting for an order inside the store . There was the 2 same girls just talking to eachother there was a lot of swearing and giggling between the two over something they were look at on their phones. I walked up to the counter and ask if my order had been made yet; a young man came up and answered “yes it had, it was ready 10 minutes ago, I don’t know why it wasn’t called out” it was never called out, due to those 2 girls chatting and being on their phones!!! Once I got my order; I checked and it wasn’t even correct; I couldn’t be bothered waiting longer for it to be corrected. My total wait time for a small meal was over half an hour…which is pretty poor! I was ignored multiple times in the process the customer service was non existent by those two girls. I would rate my experience a 0 out of 10 if it were possible. I was not impressed at all.
