T Leblanc's Creole Kitchen - Slidell

The food here is very delicious. I reccomend poboys, gumbo and bisque. Abita beer is served here. This restaurant is small and gets busy quick and stays busy until close. Fast and friendly service. 10 minutes to get our food and drinks and considering how busy the place was, that was a fair wait time. Plenty of cajun and creole staples to suit even the pickiest of taste buds. Enjoy!!!

Had the Thursday special Fried buttermilk chicken sandwich with onions and a starter of fried green tomatoes. Finished with a Tiramisu. Everything was excellent.

Spectacular fried shrimp. Wow. Excellent onion rings. Some of the sorriest french fries I've ever seen. Two kinds of bread, both like what you'd get at Walmart. Sorrowful selection of beers. Nice folks.

Disappointed in size of meal. Before the dinner portion was larger than what we got. Question the difference in portion and waitress did not really answer our question. Felt really rushed to leave. Waitress ran our ticket 3 times and we we not ready to leave.

I had some shrimp Creole and it came out so fast and was good. I was in and out quicker then fast food but tasted homemade.
