Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Slidell

Terrible customer service, long wait for service, staff has attitudes. Found a maggot in my strawberry lemonade drink, manager comp’d the drink. Thanks

Food was great but the service wasn’t this time. I waited to be seated nobody never came. They seen me standing there but just kept walking by I can only assume because it wasn’t their section. I went to the bar and ordered after waiting a while took it to go. I drove from Biloxi but I hate confusion so I just took our food Togo although I was tired from the drive and wanted to just sit enough my food fresh.

I love eating here. The food is always good and hot. The wait is never too long. The service is always friendly and the prices are reasonable. No complaints. My favorite dishes are the salmon, spinach dip, country friend chicken. Wish they would open one up closer to where I stay.

We had the 3 part sampler, GREAT spinach dip, good chips. Chicken Tenders were freaking awesome. Then I had the Chicken Pot Pie and she had the cheeseburger with fries. I wish I could remember our waitresses name because she was awesome. Highly recommend Chedders Slidell. Ohhhhh, I almost forgot. To begin with they brought out a absolutely wonderful buttery croissant, mmmm

I have been to Cheddars on several occasions and the food is really good especially for the quality pricing. The servers are always awesome but want to shout out Tyler today. She went above and beyond and was super friendly! My favorites include the dijon chicken, so glad its back and the tilapia, and any of the combos. Spinach dip always awesome, but we still miss the ground beef and queso dip. My experiences are always good and if I ever had an issue the manager has always made it right!
