Its portillos. Food is good and the staff is friendly here.. service is quick

First time at this Portillo's and they stood up to the name.

No human being answer the phone….second: I ordered their ribs, onion rings and a chocolate shake. I got a big sloppy hamburger with 1/2 piece of bacon, French fries, and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. And guess what….no humans answer the phone. And their email will not accept replies. The delivered on time though.

The vegan Chicago style dog was pretty good — tastes like a field roast frankfurter (which has celery salt in it to boost that classic Chicago flavor).
