I let the people know how great our Thanksgiving meals were there

Best Thanksgiving restaurant in northern suburbs. many have tried, and none of them comes close. Be careful to ask for table in the 1st floor.

Always excellent customer service and eat. from the host and host to the waiting staff. this is our favorite maggianos.

We checked a little early for dinner (5:20 with a dinner reservation for 5:30) and said that they were cleansing tables and just wait a few minutes and they would sit down. about 10 minutes walk by and they keep putting people, I ask another host about our table and she says we will call them in a little. we wait about another 10-15 minutes while they continue to sit people, a few comes in and checked for their 5:30 reservation (late) and they get seated! So now I go to the stand of the host and ask why they are sitting in front of us, another hostess says we have written their number and they have not reacted. So I say you never told me that you wrote me, then they sit us and dinner was great and our waitress was great. I don’t know what the mix was on the stand of the host and yes they are very crowded to dinner, but I’m still uncertain why we were made to wait while they were sitting men and had open tables then sitting someone late came before me! then, to not even acknowledge that they screwed and only to say that we’d have written them, so that I would recommend orgianos at now.

I have been to Maggianos a number of times and the food and service is always good. I recommend this restaurant.
