Restaurant du Fer a Cheval

We stopped for drinks friendly staff and beautiful views nice place to sit and chill, and watch the world go by.

Stunning location, within a protected national park....but WHY OH WHY are they using all plastic! plates, cutlery etc.......there of all places?????.

We only had ice cream but the choice they had was amazing, I had a pinacolada flavour one, highly recommend it.

We took friends here as a thank you meal and discovered you could easily share meals if you’re not that hungry since they’re huge! Much larger portions than elsewhere in France. Food is pretty good though.

We called in here after a long walk hoping to get an early evening meal. The choice was very limited croque monsieur and chips, chocolate bars and ice creams but the staff were efficient and friendly.
