Pizza Ranch - Sioux Falls

I ordered 2 large pizzas, cheese sticks and 2 cookies for friends we had over. I was told delivery would take 30 to 45 minutes. Over an hour later the order arrived. The driver was apologetic stating that he received an incomplete address and phone number, in spite of me repeating that information at least 3 times when placing the order. The cheese sticks were the only item that could be considered hot with a little imagination. The rest was cold and the pizza sauce seemed especially spicy, which isn 't tolerated well by a couple of us. I called to complain in hopes of some sort of compensation, not necessarily monetary. All I got was, 'We 'll do better next time. ' I should have asked for the manager, but was preoccupied entertaining our guests. I have never had an issue dining at the location, but I will never have food delivered from there again.

It's okay, but other pizza ranch locations have MUCH more tables, food variety, and generally just more room

Plenty of chicken and pizza! The refills of the food was very good and I didn't have to wait for what I was eating.

They didn't have labels on the pizza and I took a bite of some weird pizza that had ranch on it. Yuck! Labels are important. Other than that it was a good meal. They didn't have Alfredo Pizzas on the buffet. I could have asked for some, so I won't complain too much.

Great family place, good value if you're hungry and the kids LOVE the place. Think Chucky Cheese with less insanity and more food.
