Asked the waiter (who was very helpful) to add more sauce to them. 10 minutes or so later he brought a new order in the below picture. Adding a little sauce is one thing but drowning wings making them almost uneatable is another. Passive aggressive kitchen staff is not a way to run a place.
Cocktails are great if you like your cocktail watered down, I mean it is the Midwest in middle America. The food was cold. My date's food was cold. No amount of atmosphere, clean surfaces, and loud television can mask the fact that MY FOOD WAS COLD. Dont waste your time with this chain establishment, they bank on the fact that you'll be daft enough to drop money and be gullible enough to trust a mediocre brand to offer actual service in South Dakota. You're better off goin to Fryn Pan, Culver's, or Sickies... Have ever had cold brisket?! I HAVE... IT'S chewy and stiff.... Hard Pass, go to Freddy's up the road... Addendum: You'll also notice that the response to less than pleasant reviews are almost word for scripted (more reason not to visit... HARD PASS)
Sometimes all you want is a tray full of wings tossed in a sauce. When that's the case this place delivers. It's always nice to have access to 100 TVs as well. They do a good job of having a variety of items on the menu for those that are vegetarian as well as children. It seems that like most places in the industry, turnover amongst staff is an issue as it seems like the server I have never quite knows what's going on and often says that it's their first time. That's not a real issue, but just something to be aware of.
The food is good but the greeter staff is very disappointing. I have been here at least a half dozen times and the greeter staff are never friendly or welcoming. I ended up walking out the last time I tried eating here because after standing at the front desk for 8 minutes to be greeted, the greeter walked up without saying anything to me, grabbed a rag out of the wash bucket behind the stand and returned to the dining room to clean tables that no one was waiting on. Many restaurants are struggling with being properly staffed and I understand that but the consistency of having a bad greeter experience here is unacceptable.
This place is in a decent location. The outside looks pretty nice but that?s the only good things you will read about my experience. One of my spicy garlic wings had a piece of long white glue on it. I added a picture of the wing with glue on it to this review that was disgusting. Also every time I order from this location I get super cold wings. Chicken is a meat you don?t want to undercook or let it sit out too long come on that is common sense. I don?t know why they can?t seem to give you warm wings but they don?t. Sometimes they don?t put enough sauce on the wings and other times they drown the wings with sauce. The staff here are not the friendliest from my experience. It is usually a 40+ minute wait to get your food even when the place is dead which is most of the time. I do not recommend this location and I most likely will not be back.
