Olive Garden Italian - Sioux City

Had Christmas Eve lunch a very good way to start the holiday.

The food is always good. Never been disappointed. The service is outstanding. Our server was very outgoing, professional and courteous.

Let me start by saying Gave B is a amazing server and a real asset to his team. Why he isn't in management is beyond me . Someone somewhere will pick him up and explore his talents. You can see how smart and bright he is and can tell he would be a real asset to any team and any business. Food was awesome. Server obviously was amazing. Everything was clean and perfect. Only thing I noticed is house staff people in the front were a bit unorganized and unsure about the reservation system online and we were told that we would be better off making the reservation inside in person however that's not always possible for people that do not live in Sioux City and want to make a reservation before they get there. All in all great place to bring business dinner partys ECT and remember tip your waiter well they have families as well

Our visit started out very poorly, was seated and wasn't waited on. Was so disappointed, went to leave, made it the front door and hostess (Amber) stopped us, apologized called the manager (Daniel). Daniel was very apologetic and got us reseated right away with a new waitress (Sierra). After that our experience was awesome food was great all 3 took really good care of us (5 stars for them). Second chance was well worth it! Thank you Olive Garden staff for caring enough about us to make it right!
