Souldough Pizza - Sintra

Souldough is part of the food village here. You can buy food from here or any of the other vendors (pasta, sushi, hamburgers, Mexican, beer and wine and cocktails) and eat outdoors. Souldough produces some of the best pizzas we've ever had, anywhere in the world, including Italy. All items are vegetarian friendly, and vegan options are also available. Their brick oven is relentless is pushing out consistently awesome pizzas. We had Semplicina, La Mediterranea, La Romana, and Exoterica, and each one was delicious. It's SUCH a good option, and should not be missed whether you're in the area or not! It's worth a trip all by itself.

This is next to the hostel we’re staying. It’s great to eat and hang out with friends. Drinks were good too. The pizza options were a bit alternative but fine for the occasion.

I previously wrote a rave review of this restaurant, so why am I now writing a one star review? Because the people who run this place do not care about their customers. We have now tried to go on three separate occasions this is a 30 minute drive each way for us an hour round trip. On consulting their website on each occasion, we have checked that they are open but each time we arrived to find that they were not. We have tried to be regular customers but their shoddy management means that have been thwarted. So they get their wish and we won't be trying again. Get your act together, please!

Mistura improvável de ingredientes, massa ótima! bastante ocupado, mas compreensível, uma vez que o espaço é realmente bom!
