Chia Juice - Sintra

Owners, irina, sohn and daughter have prepared a magnificent place for the local apartment / housers, which for a visit in a trendy lunch room or coffee house. they have vegan/veggie friendly options, and also on most taste. the service is excellent, so prepare to leave in higher spirits. I have to introduce irina to a friend who enjoys the classics, so we are happy to come with them soon:

As a vegan it's hard to find places with (good) vegan food in and around Sintra. We originally went to chia juice bar to try their açai but were pleasantly surprised when we found out that they have many vegan options. We ate a delicious açai bowl, vegan pancakes with selfmade peanut butter, cappuccino with oat milk and a homemade juice. Everything was fresh, delicious and made with love. The restaurant owner was very friendly and did whatever she could to make us feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to every vegan and non-vegan!

I had read about this place on a traveller's blog and I wasn't disappointed. The place is located in a rather residential and quiet area, next to a lake and green area, so we enjoyed the view and quiet moment on the covered terrace. We went for the brunch formula: muesli joghurt with fresh fruits, pancake, croissant, eggs, bacon, avocado, toasts, fresh orange juice and coffee (around 15€ p.p. for everything, so decent). The service was good and friendly. Definitely recommended!
