Bidrage med feedbackThis Japanese restaurant serves them delicious, wallet-friendly meals. I celebrated a friend birthday here. we ordered 2 hotpots, namely bark oknomi shabu shabu with tonkotsu (pork bone) broth and volcano nabe with pork and chicken collagen soup. each hotpot has a selection of suppenbase. I would recommend the okonomi shabu shabu that is delicious and sweet. I added 2 chawanmusi (damped eggs with garnel, hugging and mushroom) for my friends who ordered hot pots. my bark steak donburi comes with a miso suppoe. the bark meat is delicious, but I would love her to add more. the restaurant seems a little shorthanded, but the ambiente is comfortable and welcoming. the lighting makes the menu very delicious. I would recommend this cozy place.
Impressed with the tonkatsu and pork salad. Beef don was overcooked but we didn’t mind it’s an easy fix at kitchen. miso soup a bit salty, sesame dressing for salad is thick, maybe too much. these are the only suggestions for improvements, otherwise well done! Overall seeing 4 star from pleasant customer service and favourable taste matches the slight premium price. hope to return soon!
I went the during non-peak hour (weekday lunch time). Got myself the tonkotsu set meal. And it was totally value for its price. Food was so good and it costed only roughly 15SGD.
The tonkachi buta pork don is pretty damn good. Other food is okay. Restaurant is part of the rewards program.
There is a special value set available that is definitely worth the price, as the portion sizes are generous. However, the roasted chicken is a bit lacking in meat and appears somewhat thick due to the broth crumbs. The taste, however, is quite good.
