The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf (west Mall)

The weekday breakfast promotion at this restaurant may change, but currently it is my favorite breakfast spot. I recently tried their BBQ Chicken Sandwich with a hot/cold oat milk latte at this location. The oat milk in the latte added a nice touch, especially when it's hot outside. The food was standard, but on the day I visited, it was very good. The ambience was great with socially distanced seating. However, it is worth noting that you need to enter through the mall entrance.

The restaurant offers a great selection of aromatic coffee, pastries, and a relaxing atmosphere in a spacious lounge that gives off a holiday vibe. It is conveniently located near Bukit MRT station and the bus interchange in the heartland mall West Mall, with great views of supermarkets, cinemas, dining options, shopping, banking services, entertainment, and amenities. The food is freshly prepared using healthy ingredients, and the baking is done with care and skill. The service is professional and warm, and there is free wifi available. The restaurant has a friendly, fast, and attentive staff, and the ambiance is cozy, comfortable, and welcoming for everyone, including couples, groups, students, tourists, expats, locals, visitors, and families.

The restaurant has been renovated and now feels more spacious. It is one of the few Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf locations that is open 24 hours. The service staff were polite and accommodating, and the service was fast. All seating is now indoors (air-conditioned) due to COVID-19, whereas they used to have outdoor tables. Food options are also available on major delivery platforms.
