Sushi Express - Singapore

Pretty much what you would expect from a sushi express. It gets very crowded during lunch and dinner time. I always feel like they're under-staffed. Staffs aren't the friendliest, but they're okay. Tried a new menu item this time round, I thought it was beef, but it doesn't rly taste like beef. Didn't really enjoy it tho. Edit : Just checked their FB page, it is indeed beef. It's called Pastrami Beef Sushi

Am still giving a 5 stars because I'm there for the food and the food never fails to impress me well. Affordable and fresh. However, we could totally see a manpower crunch which means servers manager be rushing here there. Our request for orders (ie miso soup/etc) were repeatedly forgotten. But we understand.
