Bidrage med feedbackThe service scored 4 out of 5, with some waitresses not fluent in Chinese but making an effort until the manager stepped in. Regarding the food, it received a 3 out of 5 rating. Although it was enjoyable, I believed it could be more flavorful considering the prices. I may only return for special occasions in the future. As for the location, it got a 4 out of 5 rating. Situated in the park, it is close to the car park and accessible by bus, with a short walk of about 3-5 minutes to the restaurant. Additionally, guests can take a leisurely stroll after their meal.
House of Seafood Singapore at The Punggol Settlement is one of our favorite restaurants. Although it may not be located in the city center, it is definitely worth the trip for some of the best seafood in town. We enjoyed their award-winning crabs and the delicious appetizers that kept us satisfied while we waited. The restaurant is open daily from Monday to Sunday from 11:30 AM to 10:30 PM. Reservations can be made by calling 6466-9000 for Punggol or 6444-9000 for Clarke Quay. The Punggol location is at 500 New Punggol Road, The Punggol Settlement #01-01/02, Singapore 828617, and the Clarke Quay location is at BLK A - 3A River Valley Road (Along Riverside), Clarke Quay, Singapore 179020.
The majority of the dishes were delicious and the staff provided great service. The only drawback was that the live prawns were not fresh. If they are not fresh, they should not be advertised as live on the menu. Thank you.
Spent our dinner at House of Seafood together with our dog. Nice environment, cooling night and nice food. Recommend the chilli card and bamboo clams.
Superb experience here. You get a nice sea breeze and view sitting outdoors but caution on the mosquitos. The staff provides mosquito repellent upon request. Crab meat was fresh (we opted for male crab that gives more texture to the meat), salted egg sauce was nicely done. Loved their vegetables, signature pork rib (specialty lemon sauce) and the crispy beehoon. Only thing bad was the fried mantou. My fav part of the meal was the super attentive and thoughtful service by our server. Thumbs up!!!
