Wendy’s - Simpsonville

Drive thru was busy food still didn't come out fresh. Fries taste like they've been sitting in grease, inside was clean though.

#97-2021 Been 2 years since I put in last review dropping down two stars unfortunately to one. They're no longer open 24 hours at the Wendy's in this pilot they close down at 10:00 at night 7 days a week. They're not only understaffed they're under qualified. I came in for a simple quick to go easy thing six chicken nuggets a junior fry and that's it. Ummm...how in the hell do ya fuk up nuggets?? These things came out of the fryer They were supposed to have been nice and fresh They looked like they just came out of the grease but they didn't keep them in long enough. The fries were cooked fresh they were kept in too damn long. So I walked back out to the truck open up my bag and pull out the nuggets had my honey mustard that I like dipped in and the nuggets were kind of cold and sort of nasty The fries were past Burnt and crunchy. This is a terrible Wendy's located in this pilot now I didn't even take a picture I was so disgusted but what I will definitely say is the looks of the customers waiting very long for their food by what seemed to be incompetent people that didn't know what the hell they were doing unfortunately. Another reason why I usually hit up McDonald's or Subway 13 miles back at the Love's at Waddy or the Burger King over at the thorntons just north of Louisville 40 minutes away in Memphis Indiana because it's a whole lot better. This was just bad man just bad I ate it hope I don't get sick from it it was cooked but boy it wasn't cooked right

SLOW service. One ice machine broken, catsup dispensers broken, no regular tea, out of napkins. Managment needs to do their job in this location. Hire and train the right people.

Limited parking this is a truck stop There's a drive thru I did not use or see the Wendy's restrooms Seating area open I did not notice if seating area had areas marked. Masked required in truck stop

This is a great Wendy's that we visited on our way to Simpsonville last month. We got a few burger meals and kids meals and we all enjoyed it very much
