Bidrage med feedbackThe food was better than most fast foods. The service is completely self-service. The atmosphere was covered. Most people just sat there, eat or drink. Nobody really disturbed anyone. I wasn't at Panara's age. I'm glad to see that absolutely nothing has changed except the bathroom was pretty bad.
Second update I updated my review and it just got worse. Management at this site has clearly abandoned. Exposed bread and lots of flies. The employees seem unmotivated/burned. The well area is consistently dirty, not in storage, and the dining areas are dirty. I notice that the staff is now a big problem, but this is not an excuse for the obviously low hanging fruit of the speech of the flies! Third update 10/29 came at about 8 a.m. Order Bacon Turkey Bravo with extra Bravo sauce. I get sandwich with Bravo sauce on the side. My wife overcooked a sharp chicken sandwich. The edges were burned. I don't see the multigenerational flies at the moment as I sit here and look around. Add photo of fossilized bacon placed in my sandwich! Last update 10/30/22 I now pay the porcelain that gave another chance for this place. If someone even mentions going to this place, I think I'm in reaction. That's it! All done! You should be ashamed of yourself.
I command it quite often, and have noticed that many Panera sites offer significantly smaller portions than when eating. This is not the case in this place. My soup cup was more than halfway full, and that in and from itself is impressive. My salad was fresh and delicious. The staff was mostly incredibly friendly and helpful. I was greeted by a young woman who cleansed up in the dining room, and when I picked up my order, she even asked me if everything looked right! This is a really positive and helpful attitude that is good to see. If I had a complaint at all, it would be that the manager, a bigger in stature man behind the counter, seemed deeply unhappy, even rolling his eyes as I came (they were not busy from every stretch of imagination). I used to wander, so maybe I didn't look at my best. I wonder if he can judge people on appearance. This is not a good search for any company, and I just want to see those positive employees that are supported by a positive management member. I also work in management in the food industry, so I notice that we all have bad days. I will order from now on at least weekly and will leave my way to order from this place. My meal was delicious. My salad was fresh and I always love the ten vegetable soup!
This trip to Panera was as expected. The bacon and cheddar on Brioche was good, even though the egg yolk had done a little more. I have a little mess, but that's partly my fault. The good part of the visit was that there was no negative. This is becoming more of a rareness than the standards.
Food is always good, but they leave out ingredients without telling you and still charge you full price. For example, last week I wanted to order the Baja Bowl with Chicken online, but when I went to customize it, it said one of the main ingredients, black bean and corn salsa, was out of stock , so I ordered something else instead. Well, today I ordered the same bowl because it said all the ingredients were in stock, but when I got it, there was no black bean and corn salsa on it! Not cool! And the other issue is that if you go to order something on the website and DON 'T customize it, you 'd never know if one or more ingredients are out of stock, as they don 't warn you as you 're checking out.
