Marco's Pizza - Simpsonville

Great customer service, the employees are all nice and the 2 young men running the register were respectful and helpful. Please excuse the photo, the pizza was so delicious that I forgot to take a picture until we were almost done eating..

Decided to order pizza from here for our Christmas Eve dinner, I opted to order online and just go pickup the pizzas I?d ordered. Well the line inside was really long, clearly others had the same idea, one gentleman had been waiting for an hour for his pizza, I sat down and waited to see what happened, the phones were ringing off the hook and the poor girl at the counter was very stressed out, I felt so bad as there were only a couple of other workers there and they were really busy, I think I waited maybe 20 more mins to get my pizzas so not bad, they were really good! I think this is a great change from the regular big pizza places so definitely give them a try!

Online ordering was easy, pizza ready on time, good flavor...however I ordered double ground beef and there was not one morsel of ground beef on the pizza anywhere. They did get the light pepperoni, light Italian sausage, mushrooms on half and garlic butter crust right...but no ground beef at all. Im sure it was a mistake but when you pay for something you expect to get it correctly. Oh well...first time there, not sure I'll go back.

On top of an extremely late pick-up (sat in there waiting over 30 minutes), extremely rude management (to both staff and customers), and forgetting and item. The person cutting my pizza managed to somehow cut it into 7 pieces(unless you count a 1/2 inch piece as a slice)????this is the first bad experience I've ever had at a Marco's

This place is great! They have a very interesting menu selection with a lot of variety. Their Pepperoni Magnifico is amazing, and I will definitely be ordering it again. Great place overall.
