My family and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Maple Street Biscuit Company, and I simply must share my outstanding experience with everyone. Not only was the food exceptional, but the outstanding customer service provided by Elijah elevated our meal to an unforgettable level. From the moment we stepped in, Elijah's genuine smile and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, checking in with us frequently to see if we needed anything, providing thoughtful menu recommendations, and engaging in genuine conversation that showed he truly cared about our experience.Speaking of the menu, Maple Street Biscuit Company's offerings were simply delicious. We indulged in their signature biscuits, which were fluffy, buttery, and packed with flavor. The fried chicken was tender and perfectly seasoned, while the gravy was rich and savory. The combination of flavors and textures was heavenly, making for an unforgettable meal. But as scrumptious as the food was, it was Elijah's exceptional customer service that truly set our experience apart. His kindness, and genuine care for our satisfaction made us feel like valued guests. In a world where exceptional customer service can be hard to find, Elijah's dedication to making our visit special was a breath of fresh air.In conclusion, Maple Street Biscuit Company is a must-visit destination for fantastic food and an unparalleled dining experience. If you're lucky enough to be served by Elijah, you'll understand why his heartfelt and caring approach to customer service makes all the difference. We can't wait to return for another memorable meal, and we have no doubt that Elijah will continue to shine bright as a truly exceptional employee at Maple Street Biscuit Company.
1st time visiting and it was great! The menu items were varied and all looked good. I had the chicken strips with homemade maple potato chips. YUM! The maple coffee was fantastic. Good portions and excellent biscuits. Great service also and friendly staff. Clean. Organized.Wheelchair accessibility: All level entry and floors.
Visiting my great great nephew this morning in Simpsonville. Breakfast was an online/ pickup order, from the Maple Street Biscuit Company in Simpsonville. This was my first time eating at Maple Street, pick up time was 9:50. It wasn’t very crowded, and service was fast and moved people through the line quickly. My order was for The Farmer, The Squawking Goat, fried green tomatoes and a child’s chocolate chip waffle with an apple juice box(that wasn’t in the to go bag, didn’t know until I opened the bag at my niece’s house). The Farmer is a biscuit sandwich that comes with one fried chicken tender, apple butter, bacon and melted cheddar cheese. The Squawking Goat (featured on the Food Network) is a biscuit sandwich that comes with one chicken tender, toasted goat cheese and pepper jelly. The biscuit itself was tasty, the chicken tender was over cooked and spicy, the toasted goat cheese was interesting. The chocolate chip waffle was “mangled”. The fried green tomatoes was the best out of the meal to me. They were seasoned just right and were crispy/crunchy on the outside and tender(not over cooked) on the inside. It was worth a visit, but it wasn’t an “ I can’t wait to try it again experience ”.
Love my go-to Five and Dime but the Everyday plate was a nice mix up to piece together your own dish. Met here for a business meeting in the morning. It was great, just wish the outside had been a little cleaner. Would highly recommend and the coffee is delicious
