Not the cleanest as all the tables were dirty but the staff seemed like they didn't care as they were more about joking around in the kitchen or listening to the music on their earbuds. Food was very subpar as the burger was poorly assembled and appeared to be over held. I won't be back to this location any time soon.
This is the most insane Wendy's I've ever been to. Slow service is one thing, but when you go into a line thinking it's going to quick and then you have to park off to the side while everyone else who ordered for their food before you, it's absolutely insane. I got my frosty but nothing else and I've been waiting for almost 30 minutes.
What I don 't understand is a) if this is a corporate store who is in charge and why has is not improved or b) if it 's a franchise why hasn 't the owner/franchisee been smart enough to do something to improve the horrible service. It 's not just about bad reviews we all get a few of them, but this location must be hemorrhaging cash. So many employees standing around no one being served. We didn 't even get the chance to rate the quality of their food. My husband and I were on our way downtown and decided to stop for a quick bite to eat on the way. Their was one woman in front of us and she finally left. We stood there waiting to be served nothing happened. There were approximately 8 staff members hovering near the drive thru the cash register drawer at the serving counter was open. Finally after about 5 minutes into our wait a young lady whipped by and said: someone will be right with you. No one ever showed up we just left. I thought it must have been a one off a bad day or something, but after reading the other reviews wow I can 't believe it! So once again Mr. or Mrs. Owner/Franchisee or Corporate GM your store is hemorrhaging cash and if it 's not it will be. You 've got a super location it should be packed and rockin ' but it 's horrible at least the service didn 't get any food.
Absolutely THE SLOWEST fast food restaurant in Pittsburgh. My most recent experience it took me 15 minutes in the drive thru to get my turn at the speaker stand. There were 2 cars in front of me and it took 15 MINUTES to get to the speaker stand. At the speaker I heard “welcome to Wendy’s, please wait.” 10 minutes later I pulled away from the speaker stand I noticed the car in front of me was still at the window waiting for their order, and the car in front of them had been asked to pull ahead to “window 3”. This is a normal occurrence at this Wendy’s I told my wife a time ago to never send me there again I was stupid enough to wait an ENTIRE HOUR in the drive thru line that time but it had been quite awhile so I let her talk me into trying again. NEVER AGAIN. They weren’t even busy!!!!!!!!
I’ve been waiting for over half an hour. I order through the app and went into the drive through. It’s ridiculous. I tried to cancelled my order the app wouldn’t do it. Don’t waste your time
