Wendy's - Silverdale

I recently visited Wendy's in Silverdale and had a fantastic experience. Despite it being very busy, Michael at the drive-thru intercom was incredibly friendly, personable, and informative. He took the time to ask about my order and ensure I had a great experience. Even though things were hectic, he remained calm and provided excellent customer service. It's clear that the staff at this Wendy's location value hard work and maintain a positive attitude, even during busy times.

This Wendy's location is definitely the best we have visited! I usually don't bother writing reviews for most places, but this one stood out. We arrived just ten minutes before closing time, expecting cold food and employees who were ready to go home. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The manager was at the window, training a new employee who was friendly and helpful over the loudspeaker. When we got to the window, we had a nice chat with the manager and thanked him for his excellent service. At the next window, we received our meal from a smiling employee. The chicken sandwich we ordered was the freshest, crispiest, and juiciest we've ever had, and the soda was perfectly bubbly without being too syrupy. We wish there was a Wendy's like this in our city so we could visit more often. Thank you, Wendy's management!
